Why should you sponsor me?
By sponsoring me, you're not only investing in my personal dream but also in the future of the new generation. You contribute to an education that goes beyond the walls of a traditional classroom. By linking theory to real-life experiences, as School at Sea does, we are better prepared for life in society after our school years. We will be more capable of critically analyzing societal issues and searching for solutions. The current education system is, in most cases, not specifically oriented toward this. By showcasing alternative methods of development, we can inspire others.
Fortunately, sustainability is receiving more and more attention. This theme will become an increasingly important and significant aspect of our lives. I have deliberately chosen to explore the world in this manner and harness the power of nature. With the various options that make sustainable travel more accessible, such as the improved train network in Europe, increased airfares, or traveling by sailboat, it will gradually become much more appealing to choose options that are less harmful to the planet. Creating more awareness for this will help accelerate the process.
